Our current portfolio includes a wide range of projects and we are constantly searching for opportunities to complete a new challenge. We have outfitted our shop with a wide array of metalworking, woodworking and dust collection machines, and are constantly improving upon our facility to have the most updated technology at our disposal. Our 2900 sq. ft. shop has the capability to expand an additional 12,000 sq. ft. ensuring we have the scalability and flexibility to complete any project.

We can be as involved in the process as you would like us to be. Our past experience ranges from full scale design, gut renovation, makeovers to assisting designers, production teams and homeowners in fabricating their own designs.

• Staging

CNC Milling

With our Computer Numerical Control machine, we are able to make complex cuts to achieve almost any shape, no matter how intricate, with extreme accuracy. Our machine is a 3 axis CNC router that is capable of routing solid wood, plywood, MDF, MDO, acrylic, and foam in sheets up to 4 ft by 8 ft. It is compatible with DXF files, and as part of our design services, we are able to draft those files for you based on your design.

Woodwork and Cabinetry

Woodworking is what started it all for ByAndrewCoslow. We're pretty dang good at it and are constantly working to learn new techniques. Our tool shop is equipped with a variety of wood working machines predominantly from Grizzly and Festool. 

Metalwork and Welding

Typically, we work with standard steel and MIG welding for our own fabrication purposes.  Inquire about other types of welding and metalwork. We are constantly working towards advancing our craft to ensure we can offer the most state of the art techniques.

Design and Digital Consulting

We are a design company that builds things just as much as we are a building company that designs things. While we can work with you to fabricate an existing design, ByAndrewCoslow can help you with your design needs as well. 

The team at ByAndrewCoslow completes all of our drafting using AutoCAD, all of our 3-D models in Rhinoceros and all of our renderings in V-Ray. SketchUp is available upon request. Below is an example of the original 3-D rendering of our Up Right Chair next to a photo of the real thing.

Staging

Countless household names have hired us to help them stage their big event. We can help create installations and props, such as custom bars, DJ booths, and we even made a ring toss game once. We've created items for exhibitions such as booths and pop up shops. We have created runway stages and custom backdrops for designers, and have made our fair share of palette walls.
